How do I check my balance?

Do Kapsule Coins expire?
Coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, coins may be forfeited.
Can I transfer coins to someone else?
Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. However, you can use your wallet credit (from redeemed coins) to purchase a gift card for someone.
What is the minimum to redeem?
You need at least 500 Kapsule Coins to redeem. That gives you $5.00 in wallet credit towards your next order.
Is there a maximum I can use per order?
Yes, you can apply up to 50% of your order total in coin-based credit. This ensures fair use across the platform.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on total coins earned all-time (not your current balance). Bronze starts at 0, Silver at 1,000, Gold at 5,000, and Platinum at 20,000 coins earned. Each tier unlocks better earning multipliers and perks.
Do I keep my tier if I redeem coins?
Yes. Tiers are based on all-time earned coins, not your current balance. Spending coins does not affect your tier status.
How does the earning multiplier work?
When you reach Silver tier or above, your purchase coins are automatically multiplied. For example, at Gold tier (1.5x), a $100 order earns you 150 coins instead of 100.
